At Hatley, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise within 40 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
